Quick links...

Disclaimer: I'll admit that this is filtered from the Agile Software Development weekly reading pack 21-
  1. What does it take to be a good product owner? 100% courage to prioritize a Backlog and stick to his decissions in addition to at least 6 other points.
  2. Coming from a UX background before getting into Agile, I value a thorough understanding of user roles for a given product. Here's a description of an exercise to quickly gain insight as a team into what these roles are.
  3. Case studes: if you are looking for a pile of case studies about agile implementations... look no further. Included in the list are papers written by Schwaber, Kniberg, and Rally.
